Terms & Policies
We try to ship out orders as soon as possible therefore if your order contains more than one item it may arrive in multiple packages (depending on the availability of stock in our warehouses).
PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING TIMES:
We process all orders as they come in within 1-2 Business Days. This can change around the holidays due to higher volumes of orders.
When an order is "fulfilled" it means that your item is awaiting pickup from our shipping partner. Once your order is picked up shipping time normally takes 3-7 business days. (Please note that business days do NOT include holidays and weekends).
After your order is placed, we will keep you update with the following emails:
1. A confirmation email with the order status page will be sent automatically after the order is placed.
(If you do not get this email please contact us to double check your contact information)
3. An email containing your order status link with the tracking information. This is normally 1-2 days after the shipping notification. (During busy times of the year this could take up to 4 days).
SHIPPING ADDRESS PROBLEMS
We ship orders according to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. We are not liable for lost/held packages, damaged packages, and nondelivery errors due to incorrect shipping information.
Order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm your order. Please review your order confirmation in full detail to ensure proper delivery. In case that you have entered your information incorrectly, please contact us at email@example.com.
REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS
All orders placed after 4 PM Central cannot be canceled or changed due to our automatic processing facilities. After this period we can no longer issue a refund or cancel the order.
We offer exchanges! We want your experience to be the best it can be. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery if you need a product exchanged.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about any issues within the first 15 DAYS of receiving your order. Please provide us with pictures if there is any quality issue with the product you received. Failure to do any of these will disqualify you from returning or exchanging your order.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanging a product and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
