HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Please note that THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ONLY. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting. If it does not arrive by at least 4 weeks upon ordering (this is hardly ever), we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!
 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

As soon as your order has been processed, an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and a tracking code. 

Why is my tracking number showing "Awaiting Item" or "Label Created" for a few days now?

  • - Each order is picked up Monday - Friday (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) from our facilities by USPS. USPS sometimes does not scan the progress of packages at their processing facility until they arrive at your local USPS facility or until delivered.
    Unfortunately, we cannot do anything regarding this issue as the package is in USPS's hands. 
  • - On rare occasions, your package/s may be lost/stolen during USPS's processing stage in which case we will reship your order. Please contact us to get the issue resolved ASAP. 

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS PROBLEMS

We follow the shipping information based on what you provide at checkout. We are not liable for lost or held packages, damaged packages, and non-delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information. 

Order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm your order. Please review your order confirmation in full detail to ensure proper delivery.

Packages will be packed & shipped from our partnered shipping centers from around the worldAll packages sent will be tracked & packaged safely.  

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (very rarely this happens).
