How long does my guarantee last?

  • You have 30 days from delivery to report any issues with your order to be eligible for a free replacement. Any order that is outside of the 30 days from delivery will not be able to receive a replacement. 

How do I get a replacement if my item is damaged? 

  • Please email us at support@galiteck.com with pictures and a description of the damage. You must include a picture to qualify for a replacement.
