How much is shipping?
- - This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. *At the moment shipping is free due to our promotion excluding free items.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- - This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 3 - 7 business days depending on the availability of our warehouses and processing time (usually 2-4 business days). If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
How can I change specification/ delivery address/ recipient for my existing order?
- - We are trying to ship orders as soon as possible, so for any changes like:
- • Change of address or personal information
- • Change of specifications like product, size, color
- - Feel free to send us a message at email@example.com. Cut off in making changes is 2:00 PM CDT after the order is placed.
- - NOTE: Product, delivery addresses, and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers.
Can I cancel an item in my existing order?
- - You may definitely cancel an item in your existing order as long as it has not been processed yet. Cut off in cancellation is 2:00 PM CDT same day from the time the order has been placed.
- - In that case, please send us a request to cancel your item immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you cancel it.
How can I cancel my order?

Can I have a tracking number?
- - Yes, we will provide a tracking number. We will update the tracking number once our system has updated and we offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you are having a problem with your order. For selected countries such as New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia will not provide a tracking number. Do not panic if your items are late. If you have any question email us for more information.
- - Please note that any Patch ordered from us is shipped in an envelope which does not have a tracking number. Shipping time is the same 3 - 7 business days.
Why is my tracking number showing "Awaiting Item" or "Label Created" for a few days now?
- - Each order is picked up Monday - Friday from our facilities by USPS, except during the weekend. Due to the big amount of packages, USPS doesn't provide an update until the packages have been processed at their facility. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything regarding this issue as the package is in their hands now.
- - On rare occasions, your package/s may be lost/stolen during USPS's processing stage in which case we will reship your order. Please contact us to get the issue resolved ASAP.
My tracking number is showing "Accepted" for a few days now?
- - USPS has accepted your package and is currently being sorted at their facility. You will see an update once the package has left the facility.
- - We have a large assortment of products not stocked in a warehouse. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
- - The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Where are your products made?
- - Our products are designed in Dallas, Texas and some items are manufactured overseas. We do not sacrifice on materials and make sure that we use the strongest fabric possible. This reason is why we are able to offer such great prices to our customers.
