We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
We have warehouse all other the world and we ship orders by USPS, UPS, and FedEx services. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them.
The shipping time will depend on your exact location and where the item is shipped from. We have two warehouses, one in the US and one abroad. However, it usually takes only 3-10 business days for shipping to the US but it may take 2-4 weeks.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to the post office, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
If your tracking number states that the order has been delivered, please double check your mailbox, front porch, and with your neighbors.
Still can't locate your order? Contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number so that they can give you more information about the delivery. Make sure you contact them first as they will have more information on the package than us.
Before shipping back your order to us, please contact us so that we can provide you with a return authorization and instructions. If you return your order without a return authorization, your item/s will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued.
By accepting our stock, the customer accepts our terms and conditions of sale, which constitute the entire agreement. In no circumstance will our liability be greater than the cost paid for the customer’s order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your order contains patches or items that are marked as clearance, you are not eligible for returns. Opened and used items are also not eligible.
All orders placed Monday-Friday within 1 hour or after 2:00 PM Central or during the weekend cannot be canceled or changed due to our automatic processing facilities. After this period, we can no longer issue a refund or cancel the order.
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, AmazonPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, Credit Card, Debit Card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. During checkout, select PayPal then click pay with credit/debit card.
